Question 01 - Which browser should I use? We recommend that you use the latest version of either Microsoft Explorer or Netscape Navigator to view this site. It should be fine on either of these browsers, using either an Apple Mac or any IBM compatible Personal Computer. You're best using version 3.0 or above with either browser - at the time of writing, both browsers are at version 5.5 and above. You might also want to set your screen to a resolution of 800x600 or above. If you're not sure how to do that, have a look through the HELP section provided with most operating systems. In Windows systems, press the 'START' button at the bottom left of the screen, then select the 'HELP' option. Question 03 - What is a PDF and how does it work? You'll notice that lots of PDF files are downloadable throughout our site. The PDF format is a great way to download files that look good on your screen and also look good when you print them out.
